1. Register in Message Notifier to get `Receiver ID`

Open your message notifier, and then click 'register' in the app, after register, you should get a `Receiver ID`

2. Input your `Receiver ID` in the rules of SMS forwarder

Open your SMS forwarder, then input the `Receiver ID` as the target of forwarding rules

3. Test the rules of SMS forwarder

Trigger the forwarding rules of SMS forwarder, then check notification in `Message Notifier`
